On May 10, 2019 the Richland County Sheriff's Office received a report of theft from a fresh water storage location on County Road 127. During the investigation of this reported theft it was found that 3 Centrifugal pumps were taken from location. Two of the pumps were black with Briggs and Stratton gas engines and one was also black in color with an electric motor. Also missing at the time of the report was a 2.5-gallon gas container. The Sidney Wrestling Club held its 32nd annual Eagle Wrestling Camps June 8-13 at the Sidney High School.
