    The graduation of just more than 100 Sidney High School students was highlighted by four valedictorian speeches during commencement on Sunday afternoon.     The trial of a former Fairview man facing murder charges has been moved to the fall in Richland County. Cody Johnston is facing the charges of deliberate homicide and tampering with physical evidence. Nicole Waller was 32 at the time she went missing in February 2013.     State and local public health officials are reminding Montanans to be aware of the risk for exposure to rabies as summer approaches. From 2009 to 2015, 162 animals submitted for testing to the Montana Department of Livestock (DOL) were positive for rabies.
