This was the first year East Fairview school attended the regional fair as well as the State Science Fair. East Fairview students, grades 5-8, took part in a school science fair. The 4 Kids Farm Show Pig Sale went on despite the blizzarding weather. Buyers from Miles City, Circle, Richey, Glendive, Savage, Wolf Point and Sidney made it to the event. Although the attendance was down significantly from last year due to the weather, all the pigs were sold. Coming in just short of last year’s average, all 55 pigs have new homes. On April 4, the Watford City FFA Chapter held their 54th annual banquet. Chapter officers presented the opening ceremonies. Over 200 parents, members and guests were in attendance.
