Alexander resident Donna Sims has opened The Wild Flour Café & Bakery in the former Country Café location at 718 Elk Street, Alexander. Richland County completed the purchase of the Montana National Guard Armory Monday morning, with a price tag of $600,000. The National Guard vacated the armory building in the beginning of 2016 when they transferred to Culbertson.
