PUBLIC NOTICE THE MCKENZIE COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION WILL HOLD A PUBLIC HEARING ON MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 9, 2024 at 4:00 PM in the Board of County Commissioners’ Meeting Room located at 201 5th St. NW, Watford City, North Dakota, for the purpose of receiving comments regarding a Conditional Use Permit request submitted by Rough Rider Operating LLC. The Applicant requests Conditional Use Permit #12-24 to bring an existing laydown yard in the Agricultural Zone into compliance. This laydown yard is located in the NW ¼ NE ¼ , Section 17, T-151N, R-98W, PID # 640008900, in McKenzie County, ND. The provisions regarding Conditional Use Permit requests are contained within the McKenzie County Zoning Ordinance. The Zoning Ordinance may be viewed at the McKenzie County Planner’s Office during office hours, as well as online at http://www.McKenzieCounty.net. The application can be reviewed by the public in the Planning Department.
