The annual Bra Auction began as a community component to increase needed breast and cervical screening access through the Women’s Health grant obtained by Richland County Public Health, in 2002. The grant is now part of the Montana Comprehensive Cancer Programs (MTCCP) and includes money for breast, cervical and colorectal screenings for a six county region (Dawson, Fallon, McCone, Prairie, Richland and Wibaux) compromising Site 13 in the state of Montana.
