The Richland County Jaycees are sad to announce that we will not have the ability to host many of our annual events and projects this year. These events and projects include posting flags and the 4th of July fireworks show. We will be re-evaluating our situation later in the year to determine our ability for Halloween candy donations, Thanksgiving meals, and our toy drive for Christmas.
