The Richland County Farm Bureau Women’s Committee is opening up a $1,000 scholarship to a graduating senior, who is either a member of Farm Bureau, or whose parents are members of Farm Bureau. With funding provided by the Partners for Success Grant, the Richland County Sheriff's Office has purchased 3 in-car High Definition video cameras from Watch Guard Video. Partnering with District II Alcohol and Drug Program and the Richland County DUI Task Force, the Sheriff's Office is using the cameras to assist in their efforts to prevent underage drinking and driving. Classes are free and will be held from 5:30 to approximately 7:30 at the Sidney-Richland County Library.
