The MonDak Heritage Center recently received a gift of 30 handmade art smocks from Sidney student Shelby Reidle. Reidle made each of the smocks as part of her Girl Scout Gold Award Project. Approximately 25 hours went into the creation of the smocks, which will be used in the wide variety of art classes that Education Coordinator Jessica Newman teaches each month. Reidle is a senior at Sidney High School, and will be attending Concordia College in Moorhead in the fall. She will major in biology...
The only educational opportunity we will have at the MonDak in March will be a kids camp during Sidney’s spring break.
