Formerly Kentucky Fried Chicken, Bob's Hen House has a new recipe, a new look, and a new owner. Bob Blair opened the business on Aug. 18th after about six weeks of cleaning, painting, and putting up the new signs, which Blair designed himself. Blair moved to Sidney in 2008 and found employment at Sidney Sugars. In September of 2015 Patricia Knoepke was diagnosed with endometrial cancer, and was facing immediate surgery. There is no convenient time for a medical emergency, and for Pat, it meant being temporarily unavailable to care for so many people who depended on her.
