    On Monday, August 24th, Cody Wayne Johnston of Fairview, MT was arrested in Sidney, MT and charged with deliberate homicide and tampering with physical evidence in regards to the disappearance of Nicole Waller. Johnston is scheduled to appear in Richland County District Court September 9th, 2015; bail has been set at $250,000.     The Sidney Health Center Rehabilitation Clinic (SHC) has recently renovated unused space to incorporate a room for pediatric patients. With population influx, the number of children in need of therapeutic services has also increased in Sidney and the surrounding area; out of town pediatric patients are referred to SHC because other surrounding facilities don't always have the staff or resources to accommodate children's therapies.     On Wednesday July 29th and Thursday July 30th Retired & Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) volunteers went door to door throughout randomly selected areas of Richland County conducting the Richland Community Health Assessment, which is a survey done every three years to determine the public health needs of the community.     The 2015 beet crop is growing steadily with the summer heat, rapid irrigation and harvest is estimated to begin on schedule.
