    There will be a free-will donation spaghetti supper & silent auction benefit for local resident Donna Emly on Saturday, Oct. 22nd. The benefit will be held in the Sidney High School cafeteria from 4:00pm – 8:00pm, and supporters are asked to use the South entrance.     The City of Sidney welcomed Sasha Milender as their City Clerk/Treasurer Deputy on Monday, Sept. 26th. Milender was hired for the new position after the city council approved combining the position of City Clerk and Treasurer at a Sept. 6th meeting, with the stipulation that they would hire a City Clerk/Treasurer Deputy to assist with the responsibilities of the combined position.     A scam was reported to police by a local business last week. The business was called by a Alex Baldwin with Touchdown Sports who told them that they had worked with organizations out of Billings, MT and in the surrounding area.     Sidney Senior Citizens are back to using the Peterson Memorial Senior Center after about three weeks worth of renovations by B&B Builders.
