    The library will be showing Shakespeare’s comedy “As You Like It” on Tuesday, July 1st, at 6:30pm. The film is free and open to all adults. The library will provide popcorn and water.     The Sidney-Richland County Library will be hosting a summer filled with adult events, activities, and reading challenges! Throughout the Reading Program, adults are encouraged to “read on their own terms, on their own time, and in their own way.” Each week, adults will have up to five ways to participate. These ways include posting to Twitter or Facebook using the library’s hashtag, submitting a book review to the library, attending a library event, accepting the weekly reading challenge, or filling out a questionnaire about a book.     The Sidney-Richland County Library and the Sidney Job Services will be teaming up to teach a six week course on job readiness. Each class will be centered on a specific part of the job application process. April 2nd, 16th, and 23rd will cover resume writing, with a specific focus for each class, including using templates, tips and tricks for resume writing, and how to turn out a finished product.   • "Favorite Dip" Recipe Swap at the Library

    Vegetable dip! Fruit dip! Cheese dip! Bean dip! Each month the library hosts a recipe swap. The swap gives community members a chance to show off their favorite recipe, try others’ recipes, and bring new recipes home. Along with trying new recipes, participants get to meet new people and share food with old friends.
