    All kids, kindergarten-high school are welcome to enjoy a safe space paired with a nutritious meal this summer, hosted by Zion Lutheran and Community Presbyterian Churches in cooperation with Fairview Schools. Lunches will be provided from 11:30 a.m.-12:45 p.m., Mondays and Wednesdays, alternating between the two churches. A red flag saying EAT will signal the location.     Judd Burman fulfilled his childhood dream of owning a bar when he purchased the Waterhole #3 and Oasis Casino in Fairview on April 20, 2023. "I've always wanted to own a bar, ever since I was a little kid," Burman said. "I didn't want to be a lawyer or a doctor, I just wanted to own a bar."
