    The trial of a former Fairview man facing murder charges has been moved to the fall in Richland County. Cody Johnston is facing the charges of deliberate homicide and tampering with physical evidence. Nicole Waller was 32 at the time she went missing in February 2013.     Despite words of support from coaches, community members and students, the Sidney School Board voted by a 4-2 margin not to rehire activities director Ross Hall. In his comments near the end of the meeting, Hall remarked to a comment by trustees that they couldn’t share some information with the public. “They haven’t shared them with me either,” Hall noted.     For the first time in the cooperative's history, the R&L Fusion captured the Eastern C divisional championship in boys track. The Fusion won the meet in Sidney Thursday with 119 points.
